The staff was kind and very good and the food was good! Had great location to the convenience store at the bottom of the building where luckily one of the guys there had the managers Steves's number.

This place is conveniently located, close to shopping centers on Queen Street, Sky City, an Italian restaurant called Da Vinci's, and the Auckland Museum.

It is in great and unbeatable location to Queen Street, set around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel. It has very good and super-friendly staff and good views.

No complains at all, we would like to stay there on the next trip. The room is spacious and cheap, comes with a kichenette and neighbour building's machine, for instance. Overall good food, plus there is Ken Yakitori Bar K'rd close by...

During our recent family trip, we stayed in a budget hotel located in a convenient area. the location was perfect for us, with bus stops nearby and in a university residential area. the hotel was alright and close to a few shops and really close to the center. We appreciated the affordable price and comfy room but cleanliness could've been better. Unfortunately, the bathroom and common areas weren't properly cleaned, as we found in some past reviews. kitchen utensils were limited and we were given only one roll of toilet paper.

The beds were comfy. the room was brand-new and airy. - the location was good, around 10-15 minutes walk from Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki. - Visited a few places in the center, which were at a short distance from the hotel.
